3. Information From Indeed

If you applied through Indeed, NIC Neurolife Care may receive the information you provided through your Indeed application, including your resume, contact information, employment history, and other application information.

4. How Candidate Information Is Used

  • Communicate with candidates.
  • Schedule interviews.

5. Candidate Scheduling Information

If you use the NIC Neurolife Care interview scheduling portal or scheduling application, we may process information such as your name, email address, selected interview date, selected interview time, and scheduling confirmation information.

6. Information We Do Not Request for Scheduling

You should not be required to provide the following simply to schedule an interview:

  • Social Security number.
  • Bank account password.
  • Online banking login information.
  • Credit or debit card information.
  • Windows password.
  • Email account password.
  • Cryptocurrency payment.
  • Gift card payment.

7. Sharing Candidate Information

Candidate information may be accessible to authorized personnel involved in recruitment and hiring, which may include:

  • Human Resources personnel.
  • Talent Acquisition personnel.
  • Hiring managers.
  • Authorized Finance/Treasury leadership.
  • Information technology personnel where necessary.
  • Approved recruitment service providers.

8. Service Providers

NIC Neurolife Care may use third-party service providers for legitimate recruitment functions including recruitment platforms, hosting, email communications, interview scheduling, video interviews, and lawful employment screening.

9. Zoom Interviews

NIC Neurolife Care may use Zoom or another approved video-conferencing service to conduct virtual interviews. Candidates will receive interview access information through authorized recruitment communications.

10. Interview Recording

NIC Neurolife Care will not record an interview unless appropriate notice is provided and any consent required by applicable law or company policy has been obtained.

11. Data Security

NIC Neurolife Care uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect candidate information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet-based information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
